Chai and Chat: Mental Health and Well-being
Chai and Chat is a platform that gives you the opportunity to chat about mental health and well-being in the BAME community over some lovely warm chai! The sessions are lead by an experienced mental health professional. Our sessions are aimed at giving our guests a better understanding of what mental health means, the importance of looking after your well-being.
Our guests have the opportunity to ask questions, as the sessions are interactive with opportunities to engage. Join us for a supportive environment to discuss issues that matter to us and our holistic health. This month You are welcome to express yourself through spoken word, poetry, storytelling, singing, dance etc. We encourage you to express yourself through performing arts- anything you fancy.
